
Dr Sangeeta S is working as a Senior Research Fellow in a project titled “Evaluating the efficacy of ayurvedic intervention as add on to conventional treatment and explore the interaction of epigenetics, neuro/gut biomarkers and neuroimaging in pediatric ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)” funded by Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences. She has completed her BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery) from Ayurveda & Unani Tibbia College, University of Delhi, in 2017 and her MD in Panchakarma from Sree Dharmasthala Manjunatheswara College of Ayurveda, RGUHS, Bengaluru in the year 2020. She has also completed her EPGP in Hospital & Healthcare administration from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai in 2022. She was working as an Assistant Professor in an RGUHS affiliated Medical (Ayurveda) college before joining NIMHANS. Her interests lie in the field of Panchakarma Therapies & its impact on the Gut Brain axis, Child Psychiatry, Yoga & Dietetics. |
