Dr. Kishore Kumar Ramakrishna is Assistant Professor of Ayurveda at Center for Integrative Medicine and Research/Department of Integrative Health at NIMHANS, Bengaluru since August 2019. He has completed BAMS graduation from Govt. College of Ayurveda, post graduation MD (Ay.) in Kaya Chikitsa from SDM College of Ayurveda Udupi and Ph.D from Dept. of Neurophysiology NIMHANS Bengaluru. He previously worked as Assistant professor in Ayurveda Medical Colleges and as an Ayurveda Scientist at Regional Ayurveda Research Institute for Metabolic Disorders (unit of Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India). He is a recipient of Young Scientist Award in clinical research from CCRAS, Ministry of AYUSH Govt of India in the year 2018. His core research areas are Mental Health and Metabolic Disorders.
